The people and passion behind Now Realty

For us, real estate has always been about people, not just property. Our story started with a simple idea: to build a business where the client comes first.

Founded on strong family values and a deep connection to our neighbourhood, Ray White Ellerslie (Now Realty Ltd) has grown into a leading team of property experts. While we call the vibrant village of Ellerslie home, our expertise extends to the character homes of Epsom, the modern lifestyle in Stonefields, and the fast-growing hub of Mt Wellington.

Locals backing locals

We don’t just work here; we live here. We understand the unique rhythm of these suburbs because we’re part of them. Whether it’s grabbing a morning coffee on the Main Highway, walking the dog at Michaels Avenue Reserve, or supporting local school events, we know exactly what makes this part of Auckland so special.

Directors Arthur and David Subritzky lead a team that operates as one collaborative force. We believe that real estate is built on relationships, not transactions. That means we take the time to understand your goals, share honest insights, and work tirelessly to help you achieve the best result.

Our promise to you

We know that buying or selling a home is a big life moment. That’s why our approach is grounded in integrity and a commitment to going above and beyond. When you work with us, you can expect:

Honest advice: We tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.
Local insight: We know the market trends in Ellerslie, Epsom, and beyond inside out.
Trusted partnership: We are by your side at every step of the journey.

Recognised results

We are proud of the results we achieve for our clients, and we’re humbled when that dedication is recognised. Earning titles like Ray White Chairman’s Elite and Chairman’s Elite Business Leader isn’t just about the accolades for us. It’s a reflection of the trust our clients place in our team, year after year. These awards represent thousands of successful journeys and our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.
