No CCC - Cash Talks!

Let's cut to the point. This freestanding, freehold home has been re-clad by the vendor, with no code compliance certificate or building consent applied for. Now is your chance to fix it up and reap the rewards.

If you're a developer, builder or astute investor then roll up your sleeves and get ready for your next project. Let your imagination run wild in consultation with your architect, builder and council. Explore the immediate re-clad option or further enhance and extend when you upgrade the exterior (subject to council approval). This tidy two bedroom looks quirky, trendy and stylish. Invest some time dotting the i's and crossing the t's to create a total x-factor package.

Positioned in a thriving, central spot, "location, location" springs straight to mind. There's a peek of the Panmure Lagoon which offers superb walkways and something for everyone. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or simply wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life for a relaxing sunset stroll, it's set to impress. Sylvia Park is situated nearby meaning a dose of retail therapy is readily available - plus the commuters dream of having trains, buses and motorway access all easily accessible.

Vendor's cutting their losses so you need to seriously act fast. Come along and view, then get your offer in before it's too late!
