Rachelle has a strong background working within sales and marketing and has over 22 years recruitment experience working in Auckland, Waikato and Sydney. Rachelle has worked at management level and in hybrid roles recruiting contract and permanent positions within a variety of industries such as sales, marketing, IT, accounting, finance, property, healthcare and has also been responsible for recruiting a variety of project work within the Government sector. Rachelle possesses strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills and is great at maintaining client and candidate relationships as well as generating new ones.
Rachelle has strong knowledge of procedures and principles underlying the recruitment process, employee training, salary surveys, CV preparation and career counselling. She has been responsible for assisting companies in identifying the best employees from all walks of life.
Originally from the Waikato, Rachelle comes from a family with a strong real estate and property background. Her Grandfather owned a Real Estate company and her Father was a Trainer at the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
Rachelle believes recruitment and real estate are one in the same as they both require a good understanding of people and strong sales knowledge. Rachelle is highly sociable and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life. She has travelled extensively, having lived in Australia, United Kingdom and the USA and has also spent some time in Hong Kong. Rachelle is a lover of good food, cooking, the beach, travel, music and Watersports.
