Following a successful career in corporate roles in the FMCG industry, Deborah moved into real estate.  Deb offers her passion to help others fulfill their dreams.   

Deb's career followed a mixed professional path, including working in a ‘not for profit’.   While living in Europe, she developed several successful entrepreneurial businesses, completed catering and hospitality qualifications before returning to New Zealand with her husband and four children. Back in NZ Deb attained a Diploma in Hospitality Management, then worked in food service as an Event Manager, and in sales as a Territory Manager in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.  Deb and her husband settled in Auckland in 2014 choosing a lifestyle house-sitting all over the city which gave insight into the transitory challenges of relocating. Deb's career in National Sales and Business Development expanded her creative flair and innovation and built her large network of trusted relationships.

As a real estate agent, Deb's strengths are in planning, project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving.   Her goal is to support homeowners to bring their homes to market and secure a successful outcome. She sees her passion for helping others fulfill their dreams, together with her affinity with those transitioning from one place to another, as a major point of difference.

Deb is tenacious, level-headed, and a strategic negotiator and her service industry background mean clients can expect she will place their needs as her top priority. Deborah works to ensure each step of the process is executed well and communicated clearly so that her vendors and buyers will achieve their real estate goals.
