Ali Butler

Ali brings together extensive experience across real estate leadership, sales management, recruitment, training and business development. As Head of Talent & Development for Now Realty, she is responsible for attracting exceptional people to the group, developing high-performing teams and creating clear pathways for individuals to build successful, sustainable careers in real estate.

Her background spans frontline real estate sales, branch and business management, national sales leadership, coaching, qualification delivery and professional development. She has worked as a real estate salesperson, branch manager, business manager and sales manager, alongside national leadership roles in the wider sales sector. She has also delivered training and assessment across the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate Level 4 & Level 5 programmes and verifiable continuing professional development.

Ali’s approach is practical, highly individualised and firmly focused on measurable outcomes. She works closely with salespeople, leaders and new entrants to identify strengths, set meaningful goals, improve performance and build the habits, systems and confidence needed for long-term success.

A key part of her role is developing Now Realty’s talent pipeline, from people considering a career in real estate through to emerging leaders and established performers looking to reach the next level. This includes recruitment, onboarding, qualification support, coaching, leadership development, team strategy and the creation of scalable training and support systems across the group.
